紅菜頭 1 個(去皮,蒸10分鐘)
新鮮檸檬汁 3 湯匙
芝麻醬 1湯匙
一些腰果/松子
一點橄欖油
少許鹽

步驟:

將以上食材放入攪拌機攪勻即可,適合當早餐或小食隨身攜帶。

Ingredients:

1 red beet, peeled and steamed for 10 mins
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
Handful of cashews / pine nuts
Drizzle of olive oil
Little bit of salt

Steps:

Just put everything in the blender. It’s perfect for breakfast or taking out with you in a tupperware for a snack anytime.
