紅豆南瓜包 x 老豆,你還好嗎?

2014年以前 | 老豆不愛吃南瓜,但喜歡吃甜品,所以我特意炮製了這些南瓜包,幸好得他喜愛。老豆已離開我們五年了。今年清明節,我再次做了南瓜包去拜祭他。雖然他再嚐不到了,但數年前他那吃得津津有味的笑臉,到現在還歷歷在目。

老豆,你還好嗎?

份量:2-3

所需時間:40-50分鐘

材料:

南瓜 300克
糯米粉 250克
糖 30克
紅豆沙 120克
少許提子乾作裝飾

步驟:

  1. 南瓜去皮,切成小塊。蒸10分鐘,瀝乾,搗碎。

  2. 加入糯米粉和糖,拌勻成麵團。

  3. 分成8-10個小麵團,將紅豆沙餡塞進每個小麵團中。

  4. 用竹籤將麵團成型,放上提子乾作裝飾。

  5. 蒸15分鐘即成。

Red Bean Pumpkin Buns x Hey Dad, How Are You?

Before 2014 | My dad didn’t like eating pumpkins, but he liked eating dessert. Therefore, I made these pumpkin buns for him. Luckily, he loved it. He has left us for five years now. This Ching Ming Festival, I made these pumpkin buns to worship him again. Of course he couldn’t try it, but I still remember his smiling face when he ate this years ago. 

Hey dad, how are you?

Serves: 4

Total cooking time: 30-40 minutes

Ingredients: 

300g pumpkin 
250g glutinous rice powder
30g sugar 
120g red bean paste
A handful of raisins for decoration

Steps:

  1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces. Steam for 10 minutes, drain the excess water and mash it.

  2. Add the glutinous rice powder and sugar into the mashed pumpkin. Mix well to make a dough.

  3. Divide it into 8-10 small doughs. Stuff red bean paste into each small dough.

  4. Use bamboo skewers to shape the dough. Put a raisin on top.

  5. Steam the pumpkin buns for 15 minutes.
